As part of its integrated policy, the division management undertakes to observe the following principles:

  • To provide the resources that are necessary for observation and permanent improvement of the implemented quality system 
  • To regularly evaluate the efficiency of individual processes, based on measurable indicators set by their owners
  • To be regularly in contact with end users of our products and services in order to obtain every positive and negative fact and information about these products and services from users’ point of view 
  • To regularly evaluate and analyze every incompliance and to rigorously insist on its remedy or prevention
  • To carry out regular internal and external audits and to use their findings for permanent improvement of the management of the division and the integrated management system
  • To keep reinforcing the TESLA trademark, a producer of cutting-edge radio communication technology with high operating fidelity, including systematic development and improvement of our products, by quickly responding to customer comments and remedying operating defects of our products
  • To focus on permanent improvement of professional knowledge and skills of our employees 
 

Since the division management fully understands that the premise of successful business is also an active approach to the environment and the pursuit of permanent reduction of negative effects, it also undertakes:

 
  • To permanently observe all the requirements of the effective law of the CR and other requirements related to environmental protection to which it is committed
  • To minimize negative impacts on the environment through preventive measures and to systematically prevent pollution of the environment
  • To prefer environment-friendly services and products where technically and economically possible  
  • To appropriately educate and motivate employees toward an active approach to and observation of environmental protection principles
  • To inform the public, public administration authorities and employees about the company activities that concern environmental protection
  • To minimize the negative impact of potential emergency situations 
  • To strive for permanent improvement of its environmental profile by fulfilling set goals and implementing and permanently screening the environmental management system
Managers are personally responsible for the quality of products, the satisfaction of customer needs and the development and results of the division Military Telecommunications.
