• The price of CZK 2,960.- to 3,600.- per m² and year includes: lease of the area, water and sewerage fees, heating, facility management services, electrical energy for normal operation
• A sufficient number of telephone extensions – the fee is CZK 200.- per extension on a monthly basis + CZK 35.- for the telephone set (classical, monthly fee) or CZK 70.- for a telephone set with memory. Regular rendering of the accounts with a list of calls

• Postal department – ordinary letter CZK 3.-, registered letter CZK 5.- + actual costs
