TESLA is one of those companies that are well aware that it must care for its employees, and, above all, for their constant training and extension of skills and abilities.

 Therefore, at the end of each year we compile a detailed training plan for the forthcoming year so that everyone knows what to expect. We organise company courses for our employees on our premises (for example, language tuition, health and safety and various computer programs), organise individual training in compliance with the needs of individual positions, or provide teambuilding training for employees.

However, we adapt the training structure not only to the needs of a specific position, but also consider the individual interests of specific employees.
