TESLA Holding Company announces change of Company´s legal form

On June 1, 2009 TESLA Holding Company changed its legal form from s.r.o. (Ltd.) into a.s. (JSC). All the other identification data are without any changes.

A greater part of the company TESLA moves after more than 80 years

On March 9, 2009 a greater part of the company TESLA moved from its traditional premises in Prague 9 - Hloubětín into newly built modern offices at PROSEK POINT in Prague 9 - Prosek. However the registered office of the company remains the same. TESLA has been based in Poděbradská 56/186, Prague 9 - Hloubětín since 1921.
